Our Story
My Journey: From Waiter at 14 to General Manager
My journey in the hospitality industry began when I was just 14 years old, working as a part-time waiter. At the time, it was simply a way to earn some pocket money, but I quickly discovered a passion for serving others and the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant world. Over the years, I worked hard, learning everything I could – from waiting tables to understanding the intricacies of customer service and teamwork. Each role I took on helped me grow, both professionally and personally. Eventually, my dedication and determination paid off, as I climbed the ranks to become a General Manager. This role has been the culmination of years of perseverance, countless lessons, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Looking back, I am proud of my journey and the skills I’ve honed along the way, proving that hard work truly does lead to success.
